Four...

Four days to go! Didn't get around to doing laundry, but figure I can do that tomorrow. Thankfully our Mondays are pretty open until after school. But, we did get a few things accomplished!



Grabbed all the in-car entertainment. Leapsters, DVDs, sticker books, car bingo, rubber neckers, scrabble. Think we're set!

Made a GIANT batch of chex mix. We can't take a trip without it!

And, while Pete cleaned out the garage, I cleaned out our filthy van. Took me an hour easy and boy am I exhausted now! After 6 months of winter, it was a disaster. Of course, I'm sure after the trip, you'll never have known that it was clean in the first place, but it makes me feel better to know the trash we collect on this trip isn't piled on the rest of the mess that was already in there. So, three more things to check off my list. Vacations are fun, no doubt, but the planning and executing of it takes WORK!
