Go Bears!

Since the Cubs stunk up the place and got slaughtered in the first 3 games of the play-offs, we have decided to move on to happier things...... The Bears! The only hope of having Pete happy again after that experience with the Cubs (it's hard to even speak their name in our house right now), was to have the Bears succeed yesterday. And, they did!! Pete and Livie wore their Bears gear. Noah wore his today to school instead. And, since it was Livie's first time wearing her Bears cheerleading outfit, Pete has decided that she has to wear it during every game for good luck. I'm just glad he isn't superstitious enough to make her not wash it or something. You know how guys get about those things. Anyway, he's already taught all the kids to give him belly bops when they score a touchdown. Noah loves that part. If they even come close to scoring, Noah will say "Time for a belly bop!" and he practically knocks Pete over when he does them! :-) So, I took a couple pictures of Livie and Pete cheering on their team yesterday. Livie still can't say a lot, but knows how to say "Go Bears!".
